Register Now – Walk4Water May 10, 2025
Walk4Water 18
Walk4Water on Saturday, May 10 will be held at Foothills Park in downtown Lake Oswego. We encourage you to invite your family and friends. The more people who come, the more impactful the event is for all participants.
There is no registration fee, the event is free for all.
Registering for the Walk helps us a lot. Knowing how many people are coming enables us to get an adequate supply of food and coffee and helps with other preparations.
The Walk simulates the walks Zambian women and girls take every day to get water.
Date/time: Saturday, May 10. Gather at 9:30 for food and music. The Walks begin at 10:00.
Location: Foothills Park, Lake Oswego
Two walk routes: The Traditional Lake Walk and the shorter, flatter Accessible River Walk. Bring your own bucket or anything you can use to carry water.
Featured Guest from Zambia: Wezi Karia, the COO of World Vision Zambia, will share stories of the impact our Walks are making in Zambia.
The Walk is free, but every one-time donation of $50 provides one Zambian with safe, accessible water for the rest of their life. Again, your presence at the Walk is the most important thing, but if you want to donate, it will make a huge difference to women and girls in Zambia who are making the long walk every day.
